Basic installation instructions for cats-name

1. Ensure all dependencies are installed

   Be sure all dependencies are installed, running, and utilizing the latest versions available.

2. Install install_first.sql to your database

   This SQL file can be found install_first.sql

3. Configure script

   Configure the script to your liking. I think it contains enough notation that you can customize it to suit your server.

4. Drag script into resources directory

   Be sure to ensure it within your server.cfg after all dependencies.

5. Restart/Start server

The default language is Japanese, so if you want to change it to English, you need to change 'strings/ja.lua' in fxmanifest.lua to 'strings/en.lua'.
